Resolved Question: Metallica's Death Magnetic sounds absolutely terrible, why?

Everything about the album has this dreadful sound, it sounds so.. flat? Whatever it is, it makes the album boring and not worth the purchase. I heard that on Guitar Hero it sounds better, is this true? Haha nice idea. I, too, would rather keep my tables dry than listen to this terribly produced CD.
